The crate door opens by turning a round handle. The door can be locked with a key, and two keys are supplied per crate. The frame and door of the Aluway Plus car crates are made of strong aluminum tubing, and the wall, roof, and base panels are made of 0.7 cm thick Aluplast composite. Aluplast is a durable material that does not absorb moisture.
