ADBL Polishing Paste Hard Cut

ADBL Hard Cut is a high-quality, cutting polish that offers exceptionally effective cutting ability thanks to its innovative formulation.

The product removes deep scratches and dullness caused by sandpaper (P1000–P1500). The final result can be customized by choosing the right disc and machine according to the type of paint surface. The water-based composition of the product does not contain silicones, fillers or waxes, which ensures minimal dust generation during operation.

Attach the polishing wheel evenly to the base of the polishing machine.

Apply four drops of polish to the disc.

Place the disc evenly on the panel to be treated.

Start the machine at the lowest speed and spread the material lightly over an area of ​​max. 40 x 40 cm without applying heavy pressure.

Increase the speed steadily to level 3–4 without applying pressure.

Work steadily, keeping the wheel straight in relation to the paint surface at all times.

Once the paste has worn off (turns transparent), wipe off the residue with a soft microfiber cloth.

Attention: Excessive amount of polishing compound, too much pressure or too high machine speed will not improve efficiency, but may cause: The wheel to become clogged with excessive material, polishing residue to be difficult to remove and/or the material to dry too quickly and flake.
